At the end of the day it doesn’t matter what kind of yoga you do, it is all great.

Yoga helps to bring the mind, body and spirit into balance through stretching postures and breath work.  When you make the commitment to change your life through the practice of yoga, you will notice your mind and body developing in the most amazing ways possible.  This is when Magic happens.

One question to ask yourself…why do you practice Yoga?

Physically when you commit to a regular yoga practice you notice an increase in strength, flexibility and balance while your body gains better alignment.  Pain relief, weight management, improved circulation, cardiovascular conditioning, balance of metabolism and hormones and better breathing are also physical achievements of yoga.  What once was stagnant areas in the body where energy was stuck, now receives nourishment and is able to function and perform at its optimum.

Mentally you need the self discipline to stay committed to your continual yoga practice. This encourages stress relief which soothes the nervous system, helps focus on the present, determination, concentration on what you are trying to accomplish, patience and confidence.

Yoga is a chance for you to listen to your own inner wisdom and become aware of your own innate strengths and boundaries.  Let your yoga practice be a personal growth.

 Going Within offers a weekly yoga class on Thursday at 5.30pm

Class runs for 1 hour and finishes with a relaxation/meditation..

  • Packages are only offered at the beginning of term and are to be payed in full upon purchase.  No refund will be given for classes unattended.
  • Please arrive at least 10 mins before the class time with a clean large beach towel and water & a yoga mat if you have one.
  • Full Payment is required before class.  We accept Cash, EFTPOS and Credit Card.
